I mentioned food + a structure most people can start & continue with ease.

 

Nutrition is the foundation of a healthy body composition.

We can make excuses all day long but no amount of justification will change this truth. 

 

Look when a nutrition plan requires you to: 

 

- eliminate food groups (when i say groups I don’t mean types….it’s ok to eliminate bread but still eat carbs in other forms) that most people will not eliminate forever….you will fail.

 

- require 10,000 hours of googling, reading and studying to start…you will fail. 

 

- increase your calories more than what your resting metabolism can burn…you will fail.

 

- require prolonged intense activity for the non-athlete…you will fail.

 

BUT….

 

πŸ’« Give the Average Joe or Jane….a simple and effective nutrition plan they can start immediately and then learn lifelong eating habits as they go…

It’s not a coincidence that I’m 49 with 4 kids and I still get back into shape
