Size Does Matter

I’m talking about plate size, y’all!

Did you know the standard size of a plate in the 1960’s was 8 1/2-9 inches and held about 800 calories... and today the standard size of a plate is 12 inches and it holds about 1900 calories!
Today, as you really focus on how you FEEL, I want you to also pay attention to how much food you eat. If your plate is bigger it might be tricking your brain into thinking you’re not full until you eat the large portion. The smaller plate can help retrain your brain into noticing you’re full on a smaller portion of food.
