Is your “8” really a “6”?

Quick Question: Have you ever felt “meh” or a little off your game –  maybe you’re fighting off a cold, or haven’t been sleeping well – and then one day you wake up feeling GREAT?

And only then do you realize just how BAD you were feeling before.

That same thing can happen with how you feel every day. 

You can start to get used to feeling sleep-deprived, having low energy, or feeling out of breath when you walk up the stairs. So when you think you’re functioning at an “8” on the feel-good scale … you might actually be at a “6.”

And it’s only after you get a full night of sleep, make a few nutrition tweaks, or start working out again that you realize how GREAT you can feel!  So here’s your tip: Today, pay attention to how you REALLY feel. What could be better? What can you do RIGHT NOW to get to an “8” or better yet … a “10”!?
