Did you know that heart disease is the #1 killer in the world? But the great news is that you can take action to help prevent it!
- Don’t smoke or use tobacco
- Get at least 30-60 minutes of activity a day
- Eat a healthy diet
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
- Don’t let stress get the best of you
- Regularly check your blood pressure, cholesterol, & blood sugar levels
